Versant Media Exceeds Revenue Expectations and Announces $1 Billion Share Repurchase

Versant Media, the entity now encompassing CNBC and MS Now following its separation from Comcast, has announced a more favorable financial performance than market analysts had predicted for its recent quarter. The company reported a revenue decline that was less severe than anticipated and simultaneously revealed a significant share repurchase program valued at $1 billion.
