FromSoftware's newest creation, The Duskbloods, is opening its doors for an exclusive network test, offering players a sneak peek into its multiplayer world. This pre-release event is a chance to experience the game's mechanics and engaging multiplayer battles with up to eight participants. Aspiring players can find all the essential information on how to join this limited-access event and what to expect during the testing phase.

All You Need to Know About The Duskbloods Network Test

The application period for The Duskbloods network test officially began on Wednesday, July 22, at 10 a.m. EDT, and will conclude on Tuesday, July 28, at 9:59 a.m. EDT. Prospective testers must meet specific criteria: ownership of a Nintendo account, a Nintendo Switch 2 console, and an active Nintendo Switch Online membership. Selection is not guaranteed, but successful applicants will be notified on Friday, August 7, at 9 a.m. EDT, receiving a download code for the test version. Preloading will be available from Tuesday, August 18, at 9 a.m. EDT.

To apply, individuals need to navigate to The Duskbloods official website, select their region and language, and proceed with the application. Crucially, applicants must agree to the Terms of Use, link their Nintendo Account, and ensure the "Country/region setting" box is checked under "Information received" to avoid errors. Given the limited number of participants and the "first-come, first-served" basis for applications, prompt registration is highly advisable.

The network test itself is structured into five distinct four-hour sessions, running from Friday, August 21, to Sunday, August 23. The inaugural session kicks off on Friday, August 21, at 6 a.m. EDT. Subsequent sessions are scheduled as follows: a second session on Friday, August 21, at 10 p.m. EDT; another on Saturday, August 22, at 2 p.m. EDT; and two sessions on Sunday, August 23, starting at 6 a.m. EDT and 10 p.m. EDT, respectively. These times are meticulously detailed across various global time zones, including PDT, BRT, BST, CEST, JST, and AEST, ensuring clarity for all potential participants worldwide.

This network test represents a critical phase for FromSoftware, allowing them to gather invaluable feedback on game performance, server stability, and overall player experience before the official launch. For players, it's an unparalleled chance to influence the development of what promises to be another groundbreaking title from a revered developer.
