A fresh spin-off, 'Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro,' is launching to identify new professional dancers for the main 'Dancing With the Stars' competition. Hosted by Robert Irwin, who triumphed in Season 34 of the flagship show, this new series will debut on Monday, July 13, at 8 p.m. PT/ET on ABC. Viewers can access ABC through various streaming services like DirecTV, Fubo, Sling, and Hulu + Live TV, many of which offer free trials for new subscribers. While live streaming is available through these platforms, the show will also be accessible for on-demand viewing on Disney+/Hulu the day following its broadcast.
For those eager to follow the competition, the series will air weekly on Mondays at 8 p.m. PT/ET on ABC. The judging panel includes Shirley and Mark Ballas, a mother-son duo, alongside rotating guest judges who will also provide mentorship. Notable guest judges for the season include Derek Hough, Witney Carson, Jenna Johnson, Britt Stewart, Daniella Karagach, Brandon Armstrong, and Kym Johnson-Herjavec. Twelve contestants will vie for the coveted professional dancer spot, among them Benjamin Castro, Allen Genkin, Selena Hamilton, Natalie Jolley, Erik Linder, Nina Mayster, Jake Monreal, Briar Nolet, AJ Pritchard, Tristen Sanders, Stephani Sosa, and Adele Zaikman, with Stephani Sosa being the sister of current pro dancer Ezra Sosa.
