Hyundai has officially revealed the 2027 Elantra, known as the Avante in its South Korean domestic market. This latest generation of the compact sedan represents a dramatic departure from its predecessor, featuring a completely reimagined aesthetic for both its exterior and interior. The new model is significantly larger, offering increased length, width, and an extended wheelbase, which translates into a more commodious cabin environment akin to that of a midsize vehicle. Complementing its fresh look are updated powertrains, including a more robust 2.0-liter gasoline engine and an advanced 1.6-liter hybrid system, alongside the integration of Hyundai's cutting-edge Pleos infotainment technology. This redesign underscores Hyundai's commitment to bold styling and technological innovation within the competitive sedan segment.
